This home needed a lot of love, so we took on a more in-depth rehab — all within our customer's budget. We salvaged what we could: extensive drywall repairs and refinishing the existing cabinets, then added new countertops and backsplashes throughout, fresh tile work, and new flooring across the home to bring it a clean, modern look.
Fully Modernized 1960s Home (name?)
This home was severely dated — it hadn't been remodeled since the 1960s. We brought it into the current century with new tile work and new shower surrounds throughout. The main bathroom felt cramped and closed-in, so we opened it up by removing some of the enclosed shower walls, then finished it with all-new vanities, toilets, and fixtures.

Our client had lived here for over ten years, so we gave this Tarrytown apartment a full interior repaint and repairs to get it sale-ready — and turned it around fast.
