• Website information — basic technical data such as your browser type and pages visited, collected automatically to keep the site working and improve it.

We use your information only to provide and improve our services — for example, to:

• Schedule, perform, and follow up on the work you request;
• Complete your Home Assessment Walkthrough and build your maintenance roadmap;
• Process your membership billing and manage your credits;
• Communicate with you about appointments, requests, and your account;
• Respond to your questions and provide support.

When we share information

We keep your information within our team wherever possible. The only time we share it is to deliver the services you've asked for:

• Trade partners. To complete certain work, we may share the details necessary with trusted trade partners and subcontractors — limited to what they need to do the job at your home.
